About
I have been working as a certified Fitness Instructor for over 9 years and have taught hundreds of fitness classes and 121 sessions. I help Men and Women achieve a range of fitness and health goals including body fat reduction, muscle building, toning, strength, balance, flexibility and feeling healthier.
Goals and aspirations can feel complicated and unachievable. I can show you that your fitness and health goals are very achievable for you and much more simple than you think. Together we will set fresh and achievable goals. I will guide you with goal specific training that suits you and your training preferences along with nutritional advice to get you on the right track. We will work together to achieve your goal at the pace set by you and I will be there to help push you through any barriers to achieving your goals.
